Right to Cancel
If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the legal right, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order. Notification of cancellation/return must be made in a written format to the above address or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to +44(0)116 254 5468, within seven working days starting on the day following receipt of shipment. Items are requested to be in original packaging and be complete with sole saver plastic covers. Nylon based products, where the goods can not be restored in the same physical state they were supplied, are exempt from return due to the distorted nature of the goods once worn. Nylon products deemed faulty by Freed of London Limited will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund In accordance with your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Packing and sending your return we request that you send a copy or the original invoice, also requesting that you fill out the ‘’Blue’’ returns note detailing the reason for your return please also ensuring the package is securely wrapped or boxed. A receipt of postage, such as a certificate of posting, would be advised for all returned items. The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return the goods in reasonable care. All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty by Freed of London Ltd. Freed of London Ltd can offer a returns collection service for a standard courier charge, dependent on location and weight of returned goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed faulty by Freed of London Ltd, then a full refund is given.

Items unavailable at the time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise requested. Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitute product is not suitable then a full refund including all postage charges will be given.
All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Payment will be processed through Paypal. Freed of London Ltd Can not offer any form of credit.
Freed of London aim's to dispatch orders within a 48 hour period, however, in busy periods this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. Freed of London Ltd will send items either by courier, Royal Mail or deliver to a UPS Access Point at the customer’s request. Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Returns Policy In order to qualify for a full refund where items are found to be faulty, damaged or mis-described, customers should notify Freed of London Ltd within reasonable time. Please wash any worn clothing as per manufacturer’s instructions. Items returned to Freed of London Ltd will be reviewed and when the fault is verified a full refund/exchange will be given.
UPS Access Point™ is a UPS-affiliated delivery location offering a convenient way for you to collect your package(s) near to your home or work. UPS Access Point locations are represented by a broad array of locations, including newsagents, petrol stations and convenience stores.

To subscribe to Freed Premier, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account. Freed Premier orders can be placed online once you have logged into your account at store.freedoflondon.com. Subject to the exceptions listed below, the Freed Premier service includes UK delivery only. The service costs £25 for 12 months’ subscription. At the time of your purchase, the charge will be added to your total at checkout. The service will be immediately activated upon sign up. The charge for the Freed Premier service will not be included in any other offer or incentive.
It is your responsibility to ensure you use the Freed Premier service in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach by you will result in the termination of your subscription and no refund will be given. Freed of London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. If Freed of London discontinues the offer, you will be refunded pro rata for the remaining months of your subscription.
We will contact you before your subscription is due to expire to renew. The subscription is non-transferable between accounts.
You can cancel this subscription within the first 14 days after requesting it, if the service has not been used. If you wish to cancel, please email email@example.com . After this time, no refund can be given and your free delivery will be valid for the full 12 months from purchase.
